Tiny Streaks

🌟 Overview

Tiny Streaks is a family habit tracker designed to help kids build positive daily routines through streaks and rewards. We built this app with one guiding principle: your family's data stays with your family.

This Privacy Policy explains how Tiny Streaks handles information when you use the app. The short version: we don't collect, store, or share your personal data. Everything lives on your device and, optionally, in your private iCloud account.

📋 Data We Collect

Tiny Streaks is designed to operate without collecting any personal information from parents or children. Here's a complete breakdown of every data type the app handles:

We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or any third-party services that might collect data about your usage or your children's behavior within the app.

👶 Children's Privacy

Tiny Streaks is designed to be used by families, for families. We take children's privacy with the utmost seriousness, and our approach is simple: we don't collect any information about children at all.

All child profiles — including names, avatar choices, activity completions, and gem balances — are created and stored entirely on your device. This data never touches our servers because we have no servers to receive it.

Parents and guardians are in complete control. You can delete any child's profile at any time, directly within the app, permanently removing all associated data from the device (and from iCloud if sync is enabled).

☁️ iCloud Sync

Tiny Streaks is built offline-first. The app works completely without an internet connection. However, we offer optional iCloud sync so families can access their data across multiple Apple devices — for example, a parent's iPhone and an iPad shared by the kids.

• iCloud sync is optional and controlled entirely by your Apple ID settings.
• When enabled, data is synced through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Your synced data is stored in your private iCloud account. ARRcade Apps cannot access it.
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Tiny Streaks.
• Disabling sync does not delete your local data — it simply stops future syncing.

🔒 Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties. There are no exceptions to this. Specifically:

• We do not sell personal information — because we don't have any to sell.
• We do not share data with advertisers or marketing platforms.
• We do not use analytics services (no Firebase, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude).
• We do not integrate social media SDKs.
• We do not have a backend server that receives app usage data.

If you contact us by email for support, we will use your email address only to respond to your inquiry. We will not add you to mailing lists or share your email with anyone.

⚖️ Your Rights

Because Tiny Streaks stores all data locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account, you have complete, direct control over your information at all times.

• Access: Open the app to view all data. No request needed.
• Correction: Edit any profile, activity, or reward directly in the app.
• Deletion: Delete individual children's profiles, or delete the app entirely to remove all local data.
• iCloud data: Disable and delete iCloud data via your Apple device settings.
• Export: Your data exists in human-readable form within the app interface.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), this design means your GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability are exercised directly through your device — no formal request to us is required.

For California residents: Tiny Streaks does not sell personal information, so CCPA opt-out rights do not apply. You retain full control as described above.

🛡️ Security

The most secure data is data that isn't collected. Our privacy-first architecture means your family's information is protected by the same security built into your Apple device.

• Local data is protected by iOS data protection and device encryption.
• Face ID / Touch ID or your device passcode controls access.
• iCloud sync, when enabled, uses end-to-end encryption provided by Apple.
• No passwords, accounts, or credentials are required to use Tiny Streaks.
• No data traverses ARRcade servers, eliminating server-side breach risk entirely.

📣 Policy Changes

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and notify users through an app update notice in the App Store.

Given our architecture — no data collection, no servers, no accounts — there is very little about this policy that could meaningfully change. Any change that introduced data collection would require explicit opt-in from users.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. The current version is always available at this URL and within the app under Settings → Privacy Policy.
