Overview
Next Station is a game built with a simple privacy principle: your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and no account required.
The only online service used is Apple Game Center for leaderboards, which is managed entirely by Apple under your Apple ID.
Next Station collects no personal information. ARRcade has no servers, no analytics, and no access to your data. All game data is stored locally on your device. The only optional online feature is Apple Game Center for leaderboards.
Data We Collect
Next Station is designed to operate without collecting any personal information. Here's a complete breakdown:

We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or any third-party services that collect data about your usage or gameplay behavior.
Apple Game Center
Next Station uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards. This is the only optional online feature in the app.
When you are signed in to Game Center on your device, your scores may be submitted to Apple's leaderboard service. Game Center is operated entirely by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. ARRcade has no access to your Game Center account, Apple ID, or any data Apple collects through Game Center.
- Game Center is optional — the game works fully without it.
- ARRcade does not receive or store any Game Center data.
- Your Game Center profile is managed by Apple under your Apple ID.
Data Sharing
We do not share any data with third parties. There are no exceptions. Specifically:
- We do not sell personal information — because we don't have any to sell.
- We do not share data with advertisers or marketing platforms.
- We do not use analytics services (no Firebase, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude).
- We do not integrate social media SDKs.
- We do not have a backend server that receives app usage data.
If you contact us by email for support, we will use your email address only to respond to your inquiry. We will not add you to mailing lists or share your email with anyone.
Your Rights
Because Next Station stores all data locally on your device, you have complete, direct control over your information at all times.
- Access: Open the app to see all your game data. No request needed.
- Deletion: Delete the app to remove all local data permanently.
- Game Center: Manage your Game Center data via Settings > Game Center on your device.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), this design means your GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability are exercised directly through your device — no formal request to us is required.
For California residents: Next Station does not sell personal information, so CCPA opt-out rights do not apply. You retain full control as described above.
Security
The most secure data is data that isn't collected. Our privacy-first architecture means your information is protected by the same security built into your Apple device.
- Local data is protected by iOS data protection and device encryption.
- Face ID / Touch ID or your device passcode controls access.
- No passwords, accounts, or credentials are required to use Next Station.
- No data traverses ARRcade servers, eliminating server-side breach risk entirely.
Policy Changes
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and notify users through an app update notice in the App Store.
Given our architecture — no data collection, no servers, no accounts — there is very little about this policy that could meaningfully change. Any change that introduced data collection would require explicit opt-in from users.
